The rooms were comfy and well-equipped, ideal location.

A wide array of great food, I truly enjoyed it. It was spotless and absolutely perfect, good enough for short stay.

The rooms were well-equipped and spotless and had essentials you needed. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. It was a particularly good location close enough to both the business park, the airport and restaurants.

It had particularly good and fantastic location very close to the airport with the window open, the air port and Birmingham. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was good.

It was a beautifully decorated and well-run hotel in a domestic area, just off airport and dual carriageway. The guest room we had was warm.

Shame the bathroom was a little small.

Reasonably clean, lovely family run hotel with very amiable staff. Well-equipped room overall. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Fantastic and incredible location in Birmingham, next to both the X1 and X12 buses, the airport and NEC, and dual carriageway. Decent place for exploring Birmingham.

Food options are outstanding! The room is good-sized and well-equipped and the bed is very clean.

we were in a great location very close to the dual carriageway and the runway. it also was near birmingham airport.

Thank you for a VERY COMFORTABLE stay. The room is quiet and warm and equipped with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV.

Great and magnificent location, we were right by local eateries and both the business park and the airport. Besides, a motorcycle museum was 4 km away from the property.

I truly enjoyed the stay. The time I spent there was great. The location for Birmingham was marvellous and unbeatable, close enough to the taxi, train station and X12 buses. Besides, Hatchford Brook Golf Club was 7 km away from the venue. All the staff were fabulous, the room was perfect.

Spotless and perfect room, a shower and a hair dryer in the room. Excellent and incredible location, nearby a bus station if needed.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a family-run hotel near the airport. The staff at Tri-Star were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always happy to assist with travel arrangements and provide advice on local attractions. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast, cooked fresh, was absolutely delicious. The location was convenient, with a regular bus service to the NEC, making it perfect for my event. I will definitely be staying at Tri-Star again.

The location in a comfortable area was handy. Also, Resorts World Arena was 5 km away. An iron, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk in our standard double room were useful during stay.

Nothing, no complaints at all!
